Bud Buddy Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bud Buddy application and website at budbuddyapp.com, operated by Bud Buddy ("Bud Buddy," "we," "us"). By using Bud Buddy, you agree to these Terms.

Bud Buddy is intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. By using Bud Buddy, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Access to certain functionality may depend on age and location.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.

You are responsible for your conduct and content on Bud Buddy. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines.

You agree not to:

• Use Bud Buddy to sell, distribute, deliver, or facilitate cannabis purchases or any illegal activity
• Post content involving minors and cannabis
• Harass, threaten, or bully others
• Impersonate another person or brand
• Share others' private information without consent
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service or its security
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

You retain ownership of content you create and post on Bud Buddy. You grant Bud Buddy a license to host, display, and operate that content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

You can report inappropriate content, illegal activity, or other concerns through our contact process. Reports are reviewed according to our Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bud Buddy if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time within the app.

Bud Buddy, including its name, logo, and software, is owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or other proprietary rights except as needed to use the service as intended.

Sesh Pro is an optional premium social subscription that unlocks additional social functionality such as group Seshes, Monthly Rewinds, custom themes, and Pro frames. Sesh Pro is a social subscription only and is not associated with cannabis purchases of any kind.

Sesh Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Pricing is displayed within the app and on our Sesh Pro page.

Where supported, you may gift a Sesh Pro subscription to another registered user. Gift subscriptions are subject to availability and may require verification of the recipient. Gifted subscriptions follow the same billing and cancellation terms as standard subscriptions once activated.

Payments for Sesh Pro are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's applicable terms.

Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the payment provider and applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support.

Bud Buddy may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Bud Buddy is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. User-generated content reflects the views of its authors and not of Bud Buddy. Nothing in these Terms constitutes medical, legal, or safety advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bud Buddy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bud Buddy harmless from claims and damages arising from your content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Bud Buddy at any time. We are not liable to you for such changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Bud Buddy is not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, delivery service, or licensed cannabis business. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local cannabis laws.
