Bud Buddy does not sell, distribute, deliver, or facilitate cannabis purchases. This policy describes social and account functionality only.

• Display your posts, profile, and social connections to the people you choose.
• Power Seshes, friend connections, reactions, comments, and notifications.
• Associate locations with posts and Seshes and show nearby activity on the Sesh Map.
• Manage Sesh Pro subscriptions and subscription gifting.
• Provide customer support and respond to reports and safety concerns.
• Maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our guidelines.
• Improve and develop the service over time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this policy: with service providers who help us operate Bud Buddy, when necessary to provide features (such as showing your posts and profile to your friends), to respond to reports and legal requests, and to protect the rights and safety of our community.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Bud Buddy, including hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, mapping, and email delivery. Payment processing is handled through an appropriate third-party payment provider, and Bud Buddy does not need to store your complete payment card number.
