Age & Cannabis Safety

Bud Buddy is intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. New users confirm their age during sign-up, and access to certain functionality may depend on age and location.

Bud Buddy contains user-generated content that may reference cannabis and cannabis consumption. This content reflects the personal experiences and views of the users who posted it and is not medical, legal, or safety advice.

Bud Buddy does not:

• Sell cannabis or cannabis products
• Distribute cannabis
• Deliver cannabis
• Facilitate cannabis purchases
• Operate as a dispensary
• Operate as a cannabis marketplace

Users may not use Bud Buddy to facilitate illegal cannabis activity of any kind. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Cannabis laws vary significantly by jurisdiction and change over time. Bud Buddy does not guarantee that any user's activity is legal in their location, and location verification does not make cannabis activity legal. Users must understand and follow the laws that apply to them.

Location information may be used for app functionality such as associating locations with posts and Seshes, showing nearby activity on the Sesh Map, and helping determine whether a user may be in a jurisdiction where cannabis is legal, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Location is never used to facilitate cannabis sales.

Please consume responsibly and never drive or operate machinery while impaired. If you have concerns about your own or someone else's substance use, consider reaching out to a qualified healthcare professional or a local support resource.

If you see content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines or appears illegal, please report it. Reports are reviewed according to our Community Guidelines.
