What is Bud Buddy?
Bud Buddy is a social platform for adults 21+ to connect with friends, share experiences, create Seshes, and make memories together. You can share photos, captions, vibes, and locations, react and comment, build a friend list, and revisit your highlights through Monthly Rewinds.
Who can use Bud Buddy?
Bud Buddy is intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. Access to certain functionality may depend on age and location.
Is Bud Buddy a dispensary?
No. Bud Buddy is not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, delivery service, or marketplace. It does not sell, distribute, deliver, or facilitate cannabis purchases.
Can I buy cannabis through Bud Buddy?
No. Bud Buddy does not sell, deliver, distribute, or facilitate cannabis purchases of any kind. Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them.
Why does Bud Buddy use my location?
Location is used for social features like tagging locations on posts and Seshes, showing nearby activity on the Sesh Map, and helping determine whether a user may be in a jurisdiction where cannabis is legal. Location is never used to facilitate cannabis sales.
What are Seshes?
Seshes are shared group sessions. You can create a Sesh, invite your buds, and everyone in the Sesh can post together. Seshes can be active while you're hanging out or saved to look back on later.
What is Sesh Pro?
Sesh Pro is an optional premium social subscription that unlocks additional social functionality such as unlimited group Seshes, Monthly Rewinds, custom themes, and Pro frames. It is a social subscription only and is not associated with cannabis purchases.
How do I report inappropriate content?
You can report content, users, or safety concerns through our Contact page. Choose 'Report Content' or 'Report a User' as the category and describe the issue. Reports are reviewed according to our Community Guidelines.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your Bud Buddy account from within the app's settings, or request deletion through our support process. See our Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.
How does Bud Buddy protect my information?
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and only use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Payment card numbers are handled by our third-party payment provider and are not stored by Bud Buddy.
